Mrs. Belden-Ngakui holds a master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Akron (USA) and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from the University of Sierra Leone. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone (ICASL), she has over a decade of experience in industries such as insurance, mining, and wholesale.

Mrs. Belden-Ngakui's notable career includes serving as a Senior Associate in KPMG Sierra Leone's Advisory Department, where she handled forensic investigations, financial statement preparation, and the implementation of accounting software like SunSystems.

Mr. Ladejobi is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), holding a professional certificate (ACII). He earned a BSc (Honors) in Insurance from Lagos State University (LASU) and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII).

He began his insurance career in 2003 with Staco Insurance Plc in Nigeria before joining STACO Insurance Company (SL) Limited.

She holds a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She also holds the West African Insurance Institute's Insurance Foundation Certificate and Diploma. Mrs. Kamara has a Degree in Human Resource Management from IAMTECH University (2010) and a Diploma in Insurance from Milton Margai Technical University (2007).

Before joining STACO Insurance Company (SL) Limited, she worked for four years as an Underwriting Executive at International Insurance Company (SL) Limited (IIC) and began her insurance career at Sierra Leone Insurance Company Limited (SLICO)

Mrs. Hamilton-Macauley began her insurance career in 2009 and joined STACO Insurance Company (SL) Limited in October 2012. She has worked in underwriting for both Life and Medical insurance, and in 2023, transitioned to the Non-Life insurance Department. She has extensive experience in underwriting both Life and Non-Life insurance products.

She holds a BSc in Business Administration, a Diploma in Insurance (WAII), a Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII UK), and is a member of the Institute of Financial Consultants (IFC, WAII).

Miss Musu Veronica Sharka is the Senior Manager in the Marketing Department at STACO Insurance Company (SL) Limited, where she has worked since March 2009. With over 16 years of experience in the marketing field, she has a strong background in the insurance industry, starting her career in 2009.

She holds a Deploma in Population Studies and a BSc Honours in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, a Certificate in IFC, and a Diploma in WAII Insurance and also a member of the CII, UK.

Mr. Mohamed Mahme Mansaray has been serving as the Head of Human Resources at Staco Insurance Company, Sierra Leone, since November 2022.

He brings over 20 years of professional experience in administration and human resources, having worked with various non-governmental organizations and corporate entities.

Mr. Fornah is a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary. Proven expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs, ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards and best practices.

Adept at managing board meetings, preparing comprehensive reports, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
